To help your stay begin in a relaxed way, your room at Hotel Villa Undine will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For guests staying at Apartmenthaus Christel, check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:30 a.m. at the latest.

Check-in takes place conveniently at the reception of Hotel Villa Undine. There you will personally receive your key and your OstseeCard for your stay. This also applies to guests staying at Apartmenthaus Christel.

Should you arrive later or be delayed, please let us know briefly. Arrival is usually possible until 8:00 p.m.

Good to know
Hotel Villa Undine is located directly next to Apartmenthaus Christel. Guests staying at the apartment house also check in conveniently at the hotel reception.

If you are arriving by car, free parking is available for hotel and apartment guests. Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are located directly at the building where your room or apartment is situated – usually at the rear of the houses.

It is not possible to reserve parking spaces. There are usually enough spaces available, but we cannot guarantee a fixed parking space. This also applies to any bicycles you may bring with you.

Please note the following:

Park between the markings.
Drive as close as possible to the hedge or stone wall.
Please remove bicycle racks from your car while parked. This makes parking and leaving easier for everyone.

For bicycles, each house has an open bicycle shelter behind the building. Unfortunately, we cannot offer lockable bicycle storage.

There is no charging facility for e-bikes.

We want you to feel completely comfortable with us. To help keep the stay pleasant for all guests, we kindly ask you to treat the house, rooms and surroundings with care and consideration.
